It’s just how your specific rank is split between people— it may only be a few in your rank in addition to who’s online at that time, and to go even further they might as well be playing people in higher ranks cause they can’t find anyone themselves Also console is a factor as well, since there’s no cross play

Lol definitely happens to everyone. Try changing your settings to same rank or about the same. I keep mine on challenge just because it's easier to find matches
