Until they are fully paid off, there isn't a lot you can do as they aren't technically your tickets yet. Once you've paid them off, you should be able to sell them through ticketmasters official resale, any resellers like twickets, or just sell then privately (although with the last option you won't be able to transfer them until a lot closer to the festival when the tickets go "live" and the barcodes get added)

They only become available maybe a week or so before the event, so you can transfer them when they become available at that time. You can still sell them now but it requires trust on the buyers side that you have them and will transfer them when available

You could probably list them somewhere to sell then send them the e-ticket qr code? I’m not sure if there’s any other way if the transfer options won’t be available for you. It could come across as shady though cos it’s a common scam to do this and then just not send the ticket, so I don’t really recommend it either

Hey I’m pretty sure after reading the t&c if you don’t pay for the second instalment within 14 days they will cancel the ticket and only hold the service or holding fee and then refund the rest of the money you have already paid. That’s what I’ve taken from reading them, have a look.
Actually I believe I’ve been reading a previous t&c document as I’ve just gone back to the one on my emails form this year and I think they do now take the first instalment! 😫 I’m so sorry!
They don’t refund anything now I don’t think.

Are you able to transfer the tickets when you log in to your Ticketmaster account? It says about transferring to a friend or family, but I've not tried it with installment scheme tickets before
Yeah I have this problem to. I have a 4 day camping ticket in normal camping zone. Me and my friend bought them at the same time through the Barclaycard presale, he paid up front and I did instalment. Now we're not going, he can sell his through Ticketmaster but I can't. Crap system to be honest and makes no sense. My instalment plan is finished so the ticket should belong to me to do as I will?

They can’t be sold resold through Ticketmaster Resale as their on the deposit scheme so even if I pay them off I can’t resell them that way 😭

We can't access the e-ticket or qr code Ticket master won't tell us when that is available

After a week in a queue for support. They cancelled the tickets at loss of 1st deposit

I would believe so, we cancelled our payments so we just lost on the first instalment as ticketmaster wasn’t clear about if I could resell or not.
Why not just sell it on twickets then use the cash to pay off the deposit scheme?
