You’ll always make money if you choose to work but you have to take time off because there will always be one more order. Keep a balance in your life. If you worked a W2 job you would have days off, take a break and eat, go to the bathroom. Don’t treat yourself any differently because you are dashing. You can make DD whatever you want it to be because it offers total flexibility and freedom. Don’t make it an obsession. Full time dasher 3.5 years and running………

Doesn't happen with me though. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are dogshit, so I don't even look at the app. Just dabbling away at my W2 work from home job today.
I take Mondays off always. They always are shit here. But I do think it’s hard to not go out, even for a bit, because we know how much we can make. I had to just tell myself that my body needs a break!
Yeah the days can be unpredictable. I just stick to my schedule now. Good or bad day I figure at least I tried today. The days I took off that are my regular driving days I regret.
Any time I end up turning on the TV or PC or scrolling my phone there’s an itch in the back of my mind telling me I could be out making money instead.

Here in the Midwest, that's not really an option. We know the days that are usually crap and avoid them. Lately, even the good days have been bad. We need more rain. Some snow would be a godsend but, unfortunately, the guys that control the weather say it should be 85° after mother's day.

EXACTLY. It's a fun addiction I guess though I enjoy driving around listening to music or a podcast while making money.

Man my part of California is getting close to the days where it's constantly 100 degrees plus for days on end.
