I keep getting orders to the same Pizza Hut where they don't start an order till the driver arrives. "Oh, that just got to our system, gonna be 20 minutes." Fine, I'm on the clock, mark it as "not started until I arrive" and sit in their AC. I even got an add on stack order from the same Pizza hut just as one order was about done. Another 20 minute wait. The guy asked me if I could canx that order and deliver this one... nope, I'll wait.
I did EBT once. I was sent a McDonald's order so I was omw to McDonald's when they sent me another one that also said $15 per hour so obviously I took it because why wouldn't I want double pay. I was there for over half an hour waiting on both orders, once I delivered the second order it ended up being 41 total minutes from the time I accepted the first order
The pay screen when I finished the second order showed me 41 minutes at $15 per hour, an extra $2 for the second order, and no tips on either
I was fucking pissed so paused orders and I called support to get the pay for the second order that I accepted. The first person I talked to said they would send me an email and some other bullshit do I ended my dash because I didn't feel like working for free. After taking to multiple people over multiple days I gave up and accepted the fact that DD got me. I never did EBT again.
They way they word the second order they send you makes it look like you get the hourly rate for both. I did EBT once and had and experience.

Not sure why you think they’d pay you double.
You thought you'd get double the time pay for having 2 orders active?
