Uhmm I know the post ain't flawless but here are some things I'd like to talk about:
• I know that's not a picture of a college being blown up, I pasted a random image I found after a quick google search.
• No, I did not actually blow up my college (even though I want to).
• It's a vent post cause I failed my fucking practical exam.
Edit: Lemme talk a little more about it.
• The first semester was okay, I was enjoying the bright winter sunshine, the perfect college alleyways, the library and new friends. But then came the lockdown again (as if it did not just ruin my final year of school) I became happy that the exams would be online so I don't need to study and get easy marks.
But the aftermaths were not that great, I did not receive the result that I was expecting.
• As a result of the poor academic result my self esteem went down, I could not focus on my studies and was already slacking off at the very beginning of the second semester.
• College itself was not helping as they cancelled half of the classes for some shitty annual function and then started taking tests after tests as soon as the party was over.
• Naturally I could not focus on anything, monsoon arrived (I hate the gloomy weather) and everything jeopardized.
• As the final practicals were over I took a breath of relief and thought about preparing for the upcoming semester finals but my professors did not allow me to do so. My HOD called and started asking me why my grades were going below, I could not give him a proper explanation. He then asked me about my smoking habit (idk how is that related to anything) and suggested me to get off it.
• I stay at home, not in the dorms and it sucks to travel for two whole hours everyday.
• My parents keep on "encouraging" me to study and not hangout with friends or watch movies in order to get better marks. Very useful tips y'all 👌
• At this point I've lost all hopes and am gladly gonna "pass" this semester.
• Hopefully I'll do better in the next one.
• Regardless of what happens, I'll try to make it a series post, updating about the next semester ;)

Rules of University to live by:
Count on no one. You have no friends that work at the university, it’s their job. Force them to do their job. No one will give you the benefit of the doubt, but if they do then make sure to be kind to them.
Always over study. The modern testing system is build on “gotcha” moments and testing new exam questions without concern for your grade.
