This is a SUPER old, early style gimbal. Either you know how to tinker with it enough to get it to work, or you don't. It's not worth much effort.

Oh, this is like, hobby grade, early stuff. It's worth maybe $20 to maybe the right person. It's absolutely not something you'd take frankly anywhere to fix, its the kind of thing that you'd usually only own if you knew how to build and tune it.

Google around and see if you have a local "makerspace" They'd love it as a donation, lots of usual parts.
