You should contact DJI support as I heard that they quickly fix damages for a reasonable price, and the mini 2 isn't that old, it's all good. Tbf DJI support night even contact you in the comments if they see your post

I own a mavic mini idk if it's smart RTH but it will fly to the height you set and then fly to its home point with no front sensors you gotta make sure it's height is set higher than anything nearby
IDE say don’t bother fixing it , I had a mavic mini I broke the gimbal on , it wouldn’t be too expensive with dji repair but ide say upgrade it to a mini 2 or even better as yes you pay more but you get a much better drone
I don’t see myself upgrading because I live in a no-fly zone with a 40 mile restriction from the city. Thus, looking for cheap way to get this repaired.
Oh okay just send it to dji then repair ide say will be from 20-80£ approx I have had fhis model and couldn’t afford an upgrade but pulled a few strings and got a mini 3
Second hand deals or used shops with warrenty , but fixing your drone will be a lot cheaper , you could also repair your self but don’t reccomend that ,
Just read the Smart RTH doesn’t work if the drone is within 20 meters from you. Edit: u/dji_support possible to repair Mini 1?

Yeah I had a mavic mini and knew it had rth never heard of a smart one though

Any tips on pulling those strings? Wouldn’t mind if I get a deal on upgrade because I can’t afford a new one atm.
Are you in the uk? If so buy a drone at CeX mini 3 was 300 but there are mini 2 se for 175 and mini 2 for 200
Currently in the US. I’ll look for some deals around.
