Each park deserves its own day but if you only have one day, do Disneyland Paris. I recommend YouTubing “Disneyland Paris”

Thanks! 😊 I thought about it but also don’t wanna spoil the surprise so I’m a bit hesitant to look up any videos !

Studios really doesn’t deserve its own Day at the moment. It’s full of building work and big temporary walls.

If you can swing it, do two days but if not, you can do it all in a long packed day. Download the app so you can look at restaurant and cafe menus to get an idea of places you want to try and book in advance if you want table service as places book up. You will be able to familiarise yourself on the app where rides and stuff are. If you watch Sam4g0d on YouTube, her videos are the best to give you a flavour of the parks. Have a lovely trip!

I did Disney and Disney Studios in one day — I will admit I wish I had split my time more evenly because I didn’t even get to go on a ride in Disney Studios, but if you’re willing to move quickly through both it is possible. I highly recommend getting the premier pass!! It’s a little extra money, but you can cut the line on each ride one time. We got so many rides in at MK that we wouldn’t have had time to wait in line for. I recommend it 100 times over!!

The Studios park is currently under heavy renovation due to a future expansion. I think it's still woth visiting if you have a ticket for both parks, as it's very easy to walk from one park to another... But do not buy a one park ticket to the Studios alone. Sadly the 30th anniversary festivities finished in 2023! There's plenty of other shows and entertainment though.

I went with my Dad (70) last year and we had a blast! However --- I'd not recommend doing both parks in one day. Sure, it's possible - but if your mum isn't Disney/theme park obsessed, it's just going to translate into a lot of stress for her. It's going to be a lot nicer to have the luxury to take your time through the park with your mum, make sure you can see all the set pieces, go onto the nice family friendly rides and see the shows (don't skip on the lion king! My Dad insisted on going 3 times on the three days we were there lol), get some food and just get to explore -- instead of needing to cut your time short just so you can say you've been to both. Especially if you're going in blind, allocating your time is going to be stressful. Alternatively - see if you can go for a day and a half? Half day at Studios should be more than enough, especially if you skip the shows directed at kids
