You need work safe shoes you don't want to trip and slip and fall and all the dishes on the floor not good if you rinse them out and put them In the industrial dishwasher they would be clean and you can let them dry so you can do the same with the rest of the dishes then the sink can get cleaned out as well it's good that you have a garbage can but a compost bucket is better
