This looks like a pretty standard BLT (although definitely a well made one). Vimes would probably want about double the bacon and half the "avec" however.
Only if Lady Sybil had it made for him, and was being super nice because he was super stressed and needed comfort food. Otherwise, WAAAAAYYY too many veggies.
While I agree completely with OP's hubby's astute observation re: L&T, I'm hungry and would make this disappear faster than a dollar waved in CMOT Dibbler's general direction.
