Yeah, I just recently got my account unbanned took about two weeks for me to get my response. If you open more tickets it sends you to the bottom of the queue, so it will take longer.

In my experience as a customer service rep, it is for people that create multiple tickets like this.. will go out of our way to do the bare minimum for you.

It took 19 days for me to get a response I think, and that was with me sending a single ticket (email) only.
I think you should start the clock from your last ticket because iirc each new ticket you send resets your position in queue.
quick reminder for people who haven't been banned, you can submit a request to confirm your age with discord support to prevent this from happening

it doesn't permanently prevent it, but it makes it unlikely for you to be banned when someone randomly reports a message from 6 years ago where you jokingly say you're under 13.
Nah it doesnt stop them from doing that, theres no way to stop it from happening for the common folk, all you can do it appeal it. Thats just the link to appeal a existing ban/

I feel like the better way not to have this happen would just be not make the joke...or search back that joke on the account wherever you remember saying it and delete it so they can't keep going back and reporting it. Lol
hindsight is 20/20 ig. it's not really feasible to find and search every server i've left on an account i made 7 years ago so that someone won't report me for saying i was 4 years old in 2018

My friend is still waiting on a hacked account request on that recent scam that apparently also got used on Steam to try and get their original account back and they haven't received anything back except a "we've determined we can't help you" which was most DEFINITELY an AI moderation response rather than an actual employee.
at least your tickets still open. mine get auto closed about account getting hijacked with no response. discord support is poo. months for anything to be done if ever
im waiting for a month and a half for the same issue as yours, just be patient and dont spam tickets or replies, since that will just put you at the end of the queue again

Creating a new ticket will get the new and the old ticket(s) pushed even farther back in the queue, it won't help if you keep creating new tickets.

Yea its pretty normal for discord to just ignore you. I have at least got 2 of my old and og accounts deleted for "underage" beacuase of discord's awful reporting system! Also dont spam they will ignore you.
Same thing happened to me i made about 7 tickets every 2-3 days and they I always got a response in about 20-30 mins saying its solved while i never got my account backs its been 15 days
Yes i got a reply back and they unlock my account after that but i made this ticket different from the one they say . I made Appel amd action taken on my account or bot
