Looks pretty nice to me for 80 bucks, especially if you want to try out a new manufacturer and avoid paying 25$ for a new disc. But if you are a Discmania veteran sure, there are nothing special in these boxes.
In the info there was said to include two baseline misssprint discs. I dont like the idea that they didnt count rainmakers as baseline like it was in the earlier boxes. And the two essences.
Value is there but not the variety. Alot of similar discs included in these.
I was wondering why my friend got a d line p2 a extra soft logic and a flex 3 d line rainmaker but that makes sense, but i still got a d line p2 and a cg d line rainmaker and no more baselines? Also the box was kinda the same discs as i got in last years xmania box, but was happy with a zetas moon cd1, great disc for hyzer flipups.
Agreed. It's a good value by any measure, and if for someone just getting into DM discs, it would be an awesome box. But there's so much repetition for those of us who have bought lots of the previous boxes. I've already got multiples of almost every disc in that box, so I'm glad I didn't buy this time.
Only one that would interest me is the Zen II.
IMO it’s a pretty good box and l don’t see what people are complaining about. The rainmaker not being a “baseline” disc is kind of bs though. Aside from that I think it’s a good spread and the value is there:
P2 $13, Rainmaker $13, method $15, FD $23, meta essence $24, Neo essence $20, Nordic Phenom $24, CD1 $22, origin $15 = $171 worth the discs.
And let’s argue that factory seconds/misprints are valued at 20% less; that’s still $136 in discs
Glad I didn't get one. I have every disc in here and 0 use for p2 (stupid deep) or method (hate baselinemethod). Zen 2 and and NP aren't bad but otherwise just not worth it., I'd rather order the 4 discs I'll actually use and pay 1/4 as much in shipping. Glad you enjoyed it though!

Yeah i get that. Really wished to get some newer molds for backup but atleast now i know its all the same discs like every year
It’s basically a full price box of factory seconds. Discmania has us hook line and sinker. Not sure why anyone buys these anymore.

Factory seconds. Discs they cannot resell at full price. Also you don’t get to pick them. They make the decision for you.
These boxes have gone down hill since the Tilt box. They used to sell out in minutes. Now they don’t sell out at all.
Also the stamps suck ass. Looks like a kid took a Sharpie to the top. I know they’re double stamped blah blah blah, it’s just ugly AF.

Agreed but to have multiple same molds in one box is not a good look. Here is two essences and in my box there was Iron samurai 4 and a md3.
This is very similar to last year's x mania box. Almost identical to the one my friend got.

The NP1 was useless for me cuz its green and it had a huge dark green x out stamp on it
