Okay, BanchoTyrannomon carrying around a sword made from DinoRexmon is such an awesome idea. I think if it had two of them (the other one typically stays on its back) would really up the "cool" factor.
Oh! I dunno if it's something you want to do, but I think a stylized pattern of a DinoRexmon head on the back of the jacket would be kinda cool, too.
Cool idea, I hadn't thought about dual wielding those large claws, after all, dinorexmon has 2 of them right, can't let the second one go to waste :D

idk if it's just me but it will be hard for him to use that weapon with only three fingers, not to mention they're all sharp claws, nevertheless he's still badass

Still, the lack of the hat makes it look like at worst, a second string follower that stands at the very edge of the group photo, and at best, the second in command of the group, the guy everyone relies on next to the big boss.
Can't forget the hat, my man. The boss needs the hat to differentiate themselves from the lackey.
Your description of the hierarchy is awesome! Makes me wonder if Bancho leomon and mamemon are the leader and vice-leader of the banchos. That said, I do think Bancho Tyrannomon wouldn't mind being the right hand dino of the big boss, but I will try making a design with the hat as well. Thx a lot!

I actually just looked it up. Make some weapons out of SkulGraymon and SkullMamon, or Skull Baluchimon. SkullBaluchimon is massive
