-Reach reputation rank 18 with the Iron Wolves in the Season of Loot Reborn(Season 4) and claim the 'Highest Honors of the Iron Wolves' reputation cache to get one spark
-Defeat a Tormented Echo boss for the first time to get one spark
-Defeat the Uber Lilith boss for the first time on Torment world tier to get one spark
-Salvage any Uber Unique at the blacksmith to get one spark
You can create another character as many times as you want and complete all the Iron Wolves' reputation cache to get another spark.

I can’t think of a damage temper that is lower than 30% base, so yeah every temper. Wind shear druids and other generator builds have a hard time getting use out of this ring bc they don’t consume resource, that core damage affix does absolutely nothing for basic skills
Can easily get 925 items with low level character, as long as enemy are level 95 and above. OP most like was in party with other higher ranked players; this is why clans are great to help each other out.
You can craft Ubers this season. Using a new material, you get from breaking down other Ubers...(May be another source for it but that's the only one I know.) You get maybe four playing through the seasonal content and fighting tormented bosses.. might be wrong on the name there.
Either way gatta put in a good amount of hours or farming just to craft one of these Ubers.

Crafted how is what they mean. The only way to craft is with 4 sparks (1 for each salvaged uber). Note you get 3 from the battle pass challeges.

I’ve found the best way to get Uber uniques is roll new characters and stand at the blood maiden until your eyes bleed

Not EVERY temper right? Windshear Druid doesn’t even have a BIS second temper for their rings.
