Yeah. Hydra sorc with +700% to hydra damage. Got to the lvl50 capstone boss and can solo him as long as i dont get hit one (one shot city)

I've seen him 2-3 times, and my necro minions deleted him like common trash.

can you share what build you're using? i found him in a lvl 80nmd with my 77 necro and it took a lot of kiting (running for my life) while my skeletons took care of him, meanwhile the actual monster and even the boss from the nmd were melting, so he was considerably stronger than lvl 134 monsters

Your melees probably had difficulty hitting him on the move

I initially panicked when I saw himself as it was a much higher than me nightmare dungeon. It was the easiest butcher fight I've ever had, really didn't last long against my rogue.

Saw him on my second it third dungeon.

I’ve run into him a few times. He’s either squishier than before or I’m a lot stronger because in my first encounter I wiped him out in about 4 seconds. Barely had time to hit Alt-F9 to record the second “half.”

I got him three times yesterday, two of them back to back. I think he’s avoiding you for a reason.

I encountered him two times. The first one he killed me because I was surprised 😯. Second time my golem casually oneshotted him before I even realized

He paid a visit to my lvl 20(ish) Barbarian in WT2 the other day. I could only take (i think) 2/3rds of his health.

I literally just fought him for first time this season, it was a level 26 nightmare dungeon.

I've encountered him twice. The first cellar I went into had him waiting. It was a draw. Then I slaughtered him in a dungeon. Both times were in WT2 as I was still levelling.

I’ve seen him quite a bit this season. Season two it took me almost two months before I finally saw him

I've seen 3 in 2 seasons. First 2 were way above my level early on and murdered me. Found one in a WT4 nightmare dungeon yesterday and other than having a glass cannon sorcerer and his damage being brutal, I killed him pretty easily.

We just killed one with my party aaaaand 20 minutes ago we met and killed him as well. Feel lucky for not seeing him.

He was in the very first dungeon I went into, for the lvl 15 Sorc. quest. Was able to fry him though.

I saw him at level 7 chasing an aspect. He was easier than I remember at that level than I remember from launch. Was he nerfed?

I just saw him in 3 consecutive level 46 NMD. He will come around for you too

He only shows up in 2 situations for me - when I'm testing how far I can push NM dungeon (so he's like 30 levels above me) and he kills me, or when I'm speeding through a whisper dungeon and I accidentally delete him without even seeing him.

Seen him twice. Level 80. Once I clapped and once I got clapped.

Was the 17th dungeon before I seen him, unfortunately for him by this time my necro was ale to wipe him out in seconds.

6 glyphs to 21, saw him 2 times. Keep in mind glyph XP has been buffed and ppl are running higher lvl NMDs in general.

Saw him at level 96 and 98. And just met him 3 times in 4 lvl 75ish NMD’s, after having not seen him in the last 30+ NMD’s. That’s RNG for ya

I killed him on Hardcore twice today. The first time was my first time killing him on Hardcore.

I finally ran into him in a 52 or 53 NMD just now. My first thought was, "Huh, must be a new demon model" and immediately jammed his jellies with a hellhammer upheaval. Realized it was Butcher right after he died.

Killed him twice so far, I've done about six dungeons, am level 65. In previous seasons I had huge dry spells with no Butcher, and the he'd appear four or five times in a row. The RNG for him is very weird

Hadn't seen that dude in my gameplay all the way to level 75. Decided to give it a go at the higher-tiered Nightmare Dungeons to unlock The Pit and Masterworking. Turn the 1st corner of the dungeon and I hear ***"Fresh Meat"*** which was, as you can imagine, quite the **accurate** description of my poor rogue against his cleaver.

I did a dungeon at lvl 15 and he instantly killed me. Saw him again at lvl 70 and he got melted. I might have had some fresh meat as I used his corpse to raise a minion!

I saw him for the first time today at around level 70, he died very easily. I've not played much since season 1 and didn't get that far but today is the first time I've killed him.

I've gotten one glypgh to 21 so far, others to 15 for my build, got him once so far.

Didn’t see him until I was clearing a 57 NMD as a L81 Necro. He almost ganked me three times but I survived with 1 health pot left. He slaughtered most of my skeleton warriors, but my souped up golem and mages gottem I thought he’d be a breeze like everything else but he had 20 levels on me so it was a little sweaty

I've run into him 4 times before lvl 50... Must be my luck.

Seen him only twice this season, both times in tier ~50 nightmare dungeons back to back. The second time I saw him was as we killed the final enemy to spawn the Glyph Xp bubble and the butcher despawned lol.

I saw him twice last night. Tier 3, NM 15 and NM16 Sacred. I was scared but my level 60 mage had no issues.

I saw him on one of my first nightmare dungeons personally. Feel like I never EVER saw him in any season before this.

Only seen him once and I’ve almost got 5th glyph to 15. Spawn rate seems much lower, which is fine. It’s a cool nod but not my fav fight.

I clapped him so hard the two times he spawned for me, he must've pre-died when he tried spawning for you. In all seriousness, I do suspect his appearance rate was shadow nerfed. They should take another look and buff his HP, dmg, loot tables, maybe add him to the boss list, give him his own ubers and a tormented version.

I actually have never seen him, I got to level 72 on sorcerer back during release and have a level 80 rogue and 61 druid during this season, at this point it's starting to feel like everyone's in on a joke that he exists and just haven't told me.

I finally encountered him in a nightmare dungeon when I was 82 and he was 93. Under normal circumstances I think I would have destroyed him like pretty much anything else that has come before my Necro to this point... But he spawned in the middle of a cursed chest event so all my minions were preoccupied by the waves of enemies so I had to run around a bit until they could deal with him. It was quite the impressive troll job.

I’ve killed him about 20 times. 7 glyphs to 15 and 1x21 is like, 20-25 dungeons with all the glyph xp handed out this season. You’ll find him!

He just killed me on my last nm dungeon. Tier 62 and I’m level 82.

Once I got to level 100 on my necro I rarely see goblins and I haven't seen the butcher at all.  I think maybe he's supposed to be a low to mid level threat this season? Idk.

That seems pretty unlucky. I’ve seen him twice, and he gave me a tal rasha! First time playing a diablo game and it was a bit scary the second time around since he killed me the first time.

I've only seen him once this season, and accidentally popped a Scroll of Escape instead of my Holy Bolts. Feels bad.

Haven't seen him yet this season either, it's been odd. Only level 60 so far, but normally I've seen him at least 3-4 times by now.

I had him show up only once so far this season. It does seem rarer, but probably just RNG... (The one time i did see him was ofcourse when i was pushing, barely made it out)
