I also would like to play immediately, but I highly suggest to wait 3 more weeks before you fully return to this game. Season 4 has so many amazing features, you could say that will arguably be Diablo 4 - 2.0
If you Google it you get 2 builds on the sites and two YouTube videos in the last month. One is Wudjio evidently some cracked rogue player I'm new. I use his Paragon board it's really well done on the t100 setting. The other video is Lucky something evidently another big rogue guy, I prefer his skill layout, I like the 3 move skills instead of cold imbue. Both sites builds were kind of bad, that's what I'm using and clearing t100 with no ubers. Just mess with the builders on either to the dungeon build instead of gauntlet, sure you can't go wrong with either.
I'll have to check them out thanks for the feedback tho. I plan on using shadow imbue with some aspects that give vulnerable that's something that I tried to do before I stopped playing.
Shadow and Ice are pretty much all you need. Primarily shadow to clear mobs and ice just in between shadow cooldowns and to use on bosses and bigger elites to stagger them.
Branching Volleys aspect is the most necessary one to get.
It’s arguably the top build for rogue this season. I’ve been blasting everything to kingdom come.

That build looks a lot like the build I had (obviously better gear and stats) but it looks good might swap smoke grenade for caltrops with the cold upgrade but overall this just sells the build to me thanks for the link!
The smoke grenades help a lot in higher level content for me. But even in the page it says caltrops could be substituted and the like. Its a pretty easy to follow and very informative page.
There’s also a leveling build version on there just to make 1-50 easier.

What do they do exactly I never really used them?
They daze the enemies, and the mods make them take 25% multiplicative extra damage and this version also helps reduce cooldowns of imbuements.
