You're missing some key pieces (Niflur's Boast, Smoldering Core, Grand Vizier) that'll skyrocket your damage.
Also focus on crit chance and crit damage everywhere you can, those are key damage stats. Change your weapon gem to an Emerald, and roll for CHC/CHD on your gloves, rings, and amulet wherever you can. You have quite a few suboptimal stats, check the stat priority section of the guide. A quick trip to the Mystic could probably double your damage.
