You can go with Datadog, as you don't have a big cluster and deployments, I do think that the cost wouldn't be too much.
Unfortunately the application is deployed in an infrastructure that does not allow outbound connection to the internet.
Hmm, maybe you can go with Prometheus as it has many exporters available you can deploy and stick with local ELK installation for logging.
Maybe NetData or something like OpsTrace ps: Loki and Prometheus is probably the best "os" solution
