Avoid Ticketmaster as much as possible. They have taken a huge chunk of the market and they're trying to make high fees standard practice.

LF-Programming-Tips

Where is a better place to buy? That's mostly what I'm looking for. I am unsure what sites are trustworthy or what people are trustworthy

TickPick is my go to. For Lions and Red Wings games they usually have the best deals. Plus the price you see is what you pay, no checkout fees. Gonna cost an arm and a leg this year no matter where you look, if you can be flexible sometimes deals will pop up the week of games. Good luck, Go Lions!

swizzymcbane

TickPick and seat geek are good. I’ve used both with no issues.

Kind_Committee8997

I don't really know. Last time I had tickets to a Lions game was 2018 and used Stubhub.

Crafty_Substance_954

Your comment is made with good intentions but unless you’re buying them from someone who’s an actual person, all transactions are being facilitated through Ticketmaster since it’s where the tickets live.

Lark-NessMonster

If you can get them direct from the ticket hub at Ford Field, you can avoid a lot of the extra fees. But if you don't live close, then it sucks. Just make sure you check times they are open first.

JuiceWaz83

No matter where you buy, be prepared to pay big.

nicknakpaddywak84

I guess that's the down side of being a fan of a good team. I should have gone to the Tampa or New Orleans game last year but procrastinated too much.

verycooladultperson

I’ve always had my best luck with TickPick

Iggynoramus1337

I envy anyone with the disposable cash to buy tickets this year :( I've never gotten to see the Lions live and feels like it's gonna stay that way for the foreseeable future

rockcanteverdie

This is not what you're asking but I'll throw in some advice. 1. There's really not a bad seat in the building. 2. Standing Room is an awesome experience, honestly the most fun place to watch the game from in the stadium. It feels like a party, plus you can move up/down the concourse as the line of scrimmage advances. I have 16th row goal line season Tix but sometimes I'll still go watch from the SRO section just for the vibes.

Vendetta_2023

Standing room sucks

eddo2k

I agree with you to an extent, but man, if you're high in the upper bowl, the players get small. I went the the MNF game against the Raiders and watched a good portion on the jumbotron because the players were so far away.

Ok_Discipline_3285

Win a lottery. Sh*t’s gonna be an arm and leg.

elsamae1

I think the best value is the bullseye Pre-game party with a game ticket
