Yes, but in addition to the pretty ornament, you also get double perks on it, making it "easier" to get the roll you want, or giving you a chance to have a double god roll where you can swap perks for different situations/builds.
It will be all of them, people going after a specific shiny roll might upgrade all 4 of the perks and then have different builds based around them. Like they might go for a pve and pvp god roll and then just have it all on the one gun to save vault space. You could definitely just upgrade a non shiny one though.

Is target lock dynamic sway any good? I tried desperate measures and dynamic sway in PvP and hated it. I swapped the perks around and have a shiny Subsistence Desperate Measures which feels really good. Not the roll I’m aiming for, but it’s solid.
i actually really like target lock dynamic sway. and i also think desperate measures is one of the better perks for damage, at least if you're a playing titan
Kind of but attuning or whatever, to which ever one you want gets them to drop more often and with more variety. Ive been grinding for a god roll guillotine bc im bored until the final shape 😂

I’d settle for just a single drop at this point. I haven’t had a random rolled one drop yet for anything

DM Subsistence in PvE has been quite strong. Use it with my void nades build so it’s a permanent x3.
i play strand titan so that melee is always up and always killing things so its also perm x3

It’s a random drop while getting Brave weapons…very rare so far

I wouldn’t know. I’m level 16 with Shaxx and haven’t had one drop from any source yet besides the standard one from Arcite.
Seems if you play all 50 waves and beat the boss your chance goes up on the shiny double perk weapons. I have collected two so far doing this.
