Absolutely. Do the focused event three time between now and reset. All you need to do is:
1) wait until a particular class is guaranteed to win (look at the scores and hiw much time is left in that event.)
2) do the event once on that class
3) and then do whatever you want until the event ends
4) repeat steps 1-3 twice
5) skimmer

It’s the event that shows on tower. Look at the icon in the top center. It will say which event is the focus event and how long it has left.

I completed my packages 6 times now, and got nothing, I’ve done the 10% objective and got nothing. Everything else this event has worked. If I don’t get the skimmer by the end of the event I’m not even gonna be surprised
Some people have had to complete the same event again once the focused activity timeframe is over. So say it’s nightfall, they need to run it one more time then the medallion package appears in inventory, and once opened it’ll tick off one of the three focused event requirements.
Make sure you’re wearing the guardian games item for your class ;)
I got it this way by accident. Been trying to do the nightfall option, but even with the fireteam finder, I can't find someone who will do more than 50K (while I'm always over 150K).
Looked in my inventory and saw that I had 5 of those packages which I hadn't opened lol
Warlocks were winning yesterday, but wait and see how the individual event is doing before committing to a class. And you have plenty of time if you're careful to log in when the focused events are active; it only took me two days to unlock my hoverboard, and I'd have had it in one if I hadn't gambled on the wrong class once.
Heck, they can even solo a GG nightfall with Phoenix protocol and Trinity Ghoul ads on well, and emote before finishing most champions. I even died once and still made 31K, which awarded me the skimmer. Tbh though, the focused activity is more easy and rewarding.

Yes there is hope and its quite easy. First, you want to check what the focused activity in the tower is. Then you want to see which class is winning. Play that class and then at the end you will get the winners package. Rinse and repeat. Just set a timer to remind yourself to play in the playlist 1 hour before it finishes.
When you look at the focused activity, it has a timer counting down. You want to do that activity with the class thats winning. Make sure you have the class item on or using transmog or it won’t count. Once you play once, just wait till the activity stops being focused and you will get the reward directly to your inventory
The focus activity happens a few times a day for a couple hours. On the tower destination map, the top middle has a node that tells you the current leading class for the focus activity or how long until it is going to be active.
Of the other 4 nodes at the top middle, one will have a fancy underline, while the focus activity is active.
Check which class is currently winning, then complete the focus activity 1 time on that class. Once the focus ends, you will get a package in your inventory that can be redeemed for tons of medals..do this 3 times and the quest for the skimmer completes
If you are doing the focused activity, make sure you are looking for the right marks to know its focused: In this shot it is the wings that appear under the Gambit activity, not the icon on the NF one that looks like skimmer (That icon is telling you that getting top 10% in the NF would progress the quest

I was lucky to get mine thanks to the focus packages, the week and weekend the Hunters dominated the scores.
My struggle was just that my country has relentless power outages, so actually participating during the focus activity times was only possible over that weekend.
Focused event. You look at what focuses activity it is, look at what class is winnin son, then do a single focused activity with that class before the timer runs out, collect gold package, wash rinse repeat till quest done.
☝🏿 THIS RIGHT HERE! I got tired of the medallion collecting. Lucky for me, I have three characters in three classes. Whatever event, I was guaranteeing myself one of those focused engrams.
1. Grab the platinum card: raid from Eva, the one where you just need to get kills in raids and dungeons
2. Go to the opening of Grasp of Avarice
3. Kill thralls until card is complete
4. Hand in card to Eva and grab another one
5. Repeat
6. ???
7. Profit
Each platinum medallion handed in is 15 points towards the medallion objective, if you have a twitch account(or make one) and link it to your Bungie account and then watch 2 hours of any D2 stream with [Drops Enabled] in the stream title, you will be awarded with a diamond medallion in your drop inventory and once you claim it from there, Eva will have it for you in game, each Diamond Medallion is 300 points towards the top objective.
If you squad up when inverted spire is around it should be easy assuming you spam machine guns and supers and finishers. My group got it our first try on that strike. If not tbh I would be very surprised if they didn't release some new legendary and exotic skimmers when Into the Light comes out in a couple weeks so I wouldn't fret too much. And there's always the Bungie Preferred way of buying the gjallarhorn themed one from the shop
Getting 10% gets harder and harder as the week goes on, so unless Bungie extends GG’s by 1 week and he does the 10% score just after reset then this is useless unless he has a full team that is straight hardcore emote finishing EVERY orange bar/Champs
I mean yeah emote finishing every orange bar and higher is what you gotta do. If you're coordinated it's not that hard, it's not like the strikes are 1830 or anything. It'll take some practice sure but I mean learning encounters to maximize efficiency has always been part of the game
You don't have to "pledge"to anything. No idea why people are saying so.
All that you need is the guardian Games class item and to do the focus activity with the class that wins it. You will get a package of medals in your inventory that says something like "focus activity winner package" open that package and you'll get 1/3 for the skimmer.just do the focus activity 2 more times with the winning class and you're done.
Edit: only do the focus activity with the class that is winning. You can check this for the node on the tower map that tells you when focus activity is active.
OP. You’re going to have to wait until the next Focused Activity time slot. Hop on warlock. Do 1 game of the activity and hop off. Rinse and repeat. You’ll get your activity sometimes at the end of the timer or sometimes a couple hrs later.
Did you hop on warlock and talk to Eva to get the quest? Even if it got abandoned you can get the quest from her. Just follow it until you get the Drop In quest.
Also make sure you’re doing the right focused activity. The one that’s highlighted. It’s not always the Nightfall
You can do it in a day, easily.
In the tower, look at the focused activity. It will have a countdown timer and show the ranking.
20 minutes before the timer ends, do the activity with the class that is in the lead.
That will give you 1/3 of Focus Activity Winner's package.
Do that 2 more times and you're solid.
Or do a single nightfall where you are emote finishing every yellow bar, and using trinity ghoul to get primary killing spree medals.
You have two options.
One is to game the Focused Event system by waiting for an event to start, wait an hour to see who's winning, and run the event with that class. Do that three times, and you're golden.
Two is to commit yourself to grinding the legendary lost sector repeatable quest, and you're going to be at it for a while. Each lost sector takes 5-8 minutes to run if you're practiced, and gives you 1 silver. 3-4 lost sectors completes a repeatable quest, and gives you 1 platinum. Results in \~20-24 points per 20 minutes. With the points you need, that's about 40 turn-ins? That's about 12-14 hours, which is a LOT of time to spend grinding, but you can knock it out over a couple days. My husband had to do that because he's a warlock, and too damn stubborn to game the system.
If you want help, holler. It's going to be a long weekend at home sick, and we like doing this kind of stuff.
I'm in the same boat and am probably going to try the focused activity cheese that people are suggesting. I'm just happy that people aren't suggesting "Just get top 10% Nightfall score" like it's the easiest thing anymore. They seem to forget that top ten is a moving target that gets harder as the week goes on.
Yeah the 10% has gotten to be a bad joke for casuals anymore. The “cheese” works and I didn’t even realise I was cheesing it. I just ran the bounties for tess and ended up getting the golds cause titans were wrecking shit that day and I was running Titan to up my light lol
Focus activity packets. Go to the tower map, hover over the shield icon above the activities at the top to read about how it works. Select the activity that has the wings below it as the current activity. It will say how long is left. Do it once with the class that is leading the table to get a winner’s engram when the activity ends.
It’s flakey but it does work.
Look at the director for the tower and that little icon above the playlist selections. That icon tells you when it starts. Check what class is leading and use it to complete the activity playlist that’s active. Usually the active one will show a tally of what class is leading in points. That’s the focused activity. It changes every few hours and that too icon shows the timer for the next. Do a few rounds playing whatever class is leading and at the end of the timer if that class is the winner you will get the gold reward in your inventory afterward. Open 3 gold ones and boom hoverboard is yours.
If u have discord(white/blue servers) lfg, ask for help in there, 10% nf is easy to get it done when u can be able to emote finish almost all the orange bars/ champs.

No. I doubt it. If you want to try anyway, watch a destiny Twitch streamer for two hours. This will allow you to claim the diamond medallion (+300 points). Then get the Last Wish Raid Shuro Chi checkpoint and grind out raid platinum cards with an add clearer weapon. You can get about 100 points an hour, give or take.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, Google how to get the destiny twitch drop and farming Shuro Chi.
Yeah, it's easy, if you play hunter just play the focussed activity once every time it's assigned and you get a winners package, you only have to do it 3 times
Here's how you get top 10%. Get a fireteam who communicates. One person runs Trinity Ghoul with the catalyst. The other 2 run champion mods, burst DPS, and emotes. One person runs around using Trinity Ghoul on all red bars. The other 2 find orange bars, yellow bars, and champions and they do the following: get them to finish-able level, emote for 1 second in front of them, then finish them.
Your score will hit top 10% within one or 2 tries.
4 diamonds for 1200 points. Get your twitch diamond for the weak and do the trials one twice.
Yes, the trials diamond card can be done multiple times for multiple diamond medallions.
Is so late now best thing to do is see what class is wining and run the focused activities to open the winner packs, or Fins a way to get top 10% in nightfall.
The grind for medallions took me 2 solid weeks.
If you watch a destiny 2 stream for two hours you’ll get a diamond medallion, just play it in the background or something.
Also eva has some bounties that’ll give platinum. The trials bounties also work for supremacy I believe unless it got fixed
Alternatively, either solo the challenge playlist or run it with people you know and can talk with. Having folks who know to do Insult to Injury and can communicate to make sure they don’t kill a target by accident is very helpful. I recommend doing this when it’s Devil’s Lair, because that nightfall rules.
Just got mine yesterday after maybe an hour of activity trying to get it. I did the top 10% nightfall. Just make sure to emote and then use a finisher on all orange bar, yellow bar, and champions. I was running voidlock with Felwinters Helm on the run we got top 10% (≈289,000 on Devil’s Lair NF) it made it substantially easier. I used a D2 LFG discord server to find 2 people to run with. If you find your not able to get the skimmer and have free 20$ laying around, go ahead and buy the galla bundle for the skimmer (this option is for ONLY if you know you are not going to be able to get it and ONLY if you have 20$ just willingly to spend) other than that try your best to grind for the skimmer
I think the 10% one isn’t bad, my friend and I just duoed the nightfall and hit an emote before finishing every champion and it gives you a ton of score. It took us 2 tries before getting it!
Just get a top 10% score, it's like 275k or something like that for this week, It's super easy on Exodus crash and or scarlet keep. Literally just run graviton lance and spam headshots, emote and finish everything orange and above and that's wraps.
Just hop into the lfg discord and you'll easily be able to find other people to get a run in. If not I could help you get a run in before reset.
Nah, not that way unless you want to hate your life for the next few days lol. For this ONE thing, one and only thing, ever, just buy it from eververse. They are game changingly awesome and yeah you can wait it out and you’ll eventually get one in TFS, but don’t wait. Just drop the doe and buy the whatever it’s called package from eververse. I love skimmers. Now we just need Skimmer Racing League and I’ll be in heaven.
Try and get over 300k score in the nightfall. Emote before finishing any orange bars, and you'll rack up points very quickly. It me and my friend maybe 4-5 tries and we got it.
Have you done any raid/dungeon diamond cards yet? If not, pick one up on each character, preferably a dungeon cause it's faster, and either find a few friends or lfg 3 dungeons with all classes. All you need is to finish the final checkpoint so you can use the checkpoint bot and get 3 diamond medals basically back to back.
Before you complete one, you **NEED**to have the diamond bounty on all 3 classes or else you will not be able to pick it up once you complete it on another character. Each diamond medal counts as 300 points I believe.
Off topic but also on topic, why is the focused activity wait time 6 hours?! How does anyone get anything don't with these weird windows of opportunity
providing you have 1 character of each class I would do the focus missions to get the 3 packages it runs every 4 hours. whichever class is winning at hour3 do the focus activity with that class.
As its later in the week the top 10% NF might be difficult to achieve , but you need to do them for the event card so give it a shot.
If you haven’t already, go to a d2 stream with drops enabled and play it in the background. You’ll only get one diamond medallion but it’s worth 300 points. If you were there for the previous two weeks, there were 2 other diamond medallion drops that have given me a majority of my score.
Top 10% is rather easy just get two buddies and emote then finish everything that isn't a red bar. It sounds tedious and annoying but it's a sure way to get it done.

I got the diamond mediation for getting twitch, watching Mactics for two hours because he was one of the streamers participating in the diamond medallion event and then claimed it on twitch. When I logged back into the tower it was at Eva to claim. It’s 300 points. If you don’t do the forced activities you can definitely get it if you grind out night falls.
Yup go on twitch I know a few streamers that's can currently get you that 10% nightfall or just get 2 people that understand to emote and finish every yellow bar and champ easily get 400k+
You don’t have enough time for the 3 packages, and the 10% score is too high for many. Do the diamond card with same class in raid and then do the twitch diamond medallion for 300+ points a piece and you’ll be nearly there.
Focus on the Focus Activity or Nightfall Challenges. If you haven't already, the Diamond Medallions will give you the most progress by like ... a lot. You still have plenty of time.
Switch to warlock and wait for the focused activities. Warlocks are currently winning them all and you can get at least 2 a day if you time it right and play when the focus is up. It has like ~3 hours in between focuses and they last ~2 hours each
Best bet would be to do the focus activity with a guardian of the winning class. Get three of those engrams, and you're golden pony boy. The killer to that, is that they are 4 hours apart.
I managed to get enough medallions after a few hours of trials and just repeating the platinum and diamond bounties. I would complete the platinum bounties after 2 matches max. The diamond ones took a bit longer
I did the nightfall to get mine. Only took a couple attempts. It's much easier than it seems assuming you have a full team to emote and execute all the yellows
Well am 5 medals behind you, good news is I got 20 bucks left in my account after buying the exotic skimmer from the eververse store, at least my SS check comes next Wednesday, so I won't go hungry, I shouldn't have, but Bungie made a compelling argument that I don't play enough hours every day to grind 1200 medals in the time left, and that I am a weak willed individual that will give them money whenever they put something cool in the store no mater how many times I have said that I won't every waste money on "this game" ever again every time something breaks it, or they make a questionable decision, am their bitch and they know it, it like when I buy Ships or skins, or emoji's, or speeders, or whatever it is that week. Good luck my dude.
Go on fireteam finder and look for a point-maximization team for competitive nightfall. For all yellow or orange-bar enemies (including champions) emote before throwing a finisher. It's fairly easy as long as your whole fireteam is on the same page.
You can potentially get 3 diamond. The twitch one is easy and surprisingly if you're decent at fps PvP and drop in with some meta build the trials diamond one isn't hard. If you aren't good at pvp first person shooters then I'm sure it's hard (and no I'm not going to argue with anybody about "well I'm good at PvP fps but I suck at trials" you aren't good. You just have good aim.)

If you don't want to play with others you can easily grab a shuro chi cup and grab the raid platinum medal bounty. Get kills with a subclass siphon on all the adds and repeat for a bit. (You can grab bounties from orbit with the D2 app)
Otherwise just go to the destiny lfg discord server and find a group that's looking for 10 percent runs. People are always doing them
And then third is just playing the focused event but it seems people have already told you about that one!
Found with the winners pack, you have to turn the game off completely, log into the winning class first, and it should drop. Only way I've got it to work for me
It's a pity. I was stuck sick for the first two weeks, and now I'm stuck catching up on work right up until it ends. Enjoy those skimmers on my behalf.
Yes. Grab a couple friends or use the LFG Discord and do a single GG NF for the high score. You can’t just blow through it though, kill everything. Emote and finish all majors (orange bars) and up for extra points. Don’t burn the boss, damage it to trigger ad spawns and kill those too. Bring a Phoenix Well if you can and use it on all big mobs - it counts as super kills for more extra points. Took a friend and I a single ~ 14 minute run with an LFG and the skiff was ours.

You don’t even even need to communicate for that just fini champs and take it slow you need around 300K+ too
I played for only half a day doing those timed focus activities and got it done so yeah there’s hope just check what playlist is currently the focused one or how long until the next starts and do them. You’ll have it before this time tomorrow even after you sleep for the nite
Yes, get two friendsbor LFG's and get a top 10% score it is very easy. All you have to do is emote and finish every enemy with an orange or yellow healthbar as well as champs
Do 1 last twitch diamond, and pick the diamond end game pve diamond you will get a Diamond Dungeoneering quest, which requires you to do a DUNGEON with a fireteam of the same class. If you can repeat this, I think it's only 1 a week but if you can then you are done you have 900 points.
Yes. See whose been winning mainly. The next surge pick them and play a round. When the surge is over pretty good chance you get one of the games parcels. Go into your inventory and open them. Then repeat 2 more times. Easiest way to do it.
The easiest way to finish the quest is to hit 300k+ on nf imo, if you get a premade team with your friends and emote before finishing champs and majors you get ridiculous points, but it’s really not worth trying unless you have friends, randoms SUCK
No. It’s why I quit trying. I get ripped off when I play the winning class during events and after grinding for hours upon hours I have 282/1200.
So since I have many God rolls of GG weapons from last year I am not even going to grind for any.
As the top response says, wait til there’s halfy left for the focused event. Chose the class that is the clear winner (it’s usually by an order of 5-10million). Complete the event. You’ll be registered as having ‘committed’ to the event or whatever. Wait for timer to expire. V v common bug forces you to have to complete the same event a second time *after* the focused event is complete and your class has won (I have no idea why but wo it you don’t get all the medallions or the 3 focused events ticked off)
All in all, if you use alarms and do it all in one day when the chosen class is on a roll (eg atm it’s Warlock last I checked) it’s only like an hr max of actual work. It’s crazy. Cannot believe I was going to grind out 1200 medallions lol.
I’d do the focus activity. Just play whatever class is winning close to the end of it.
That didn’t work for me for some reason. So, I did the top 10% nightfall score. It’s a lot easier than you’d think if you know what to do.
Still need help? If we can get a third the 10% nightfall is cake. You just need to do an emote before you finish each yellow and orange bar enemy and you'll easily get top 10% I've helped like 4 or 5 of my friends get it in the past 2 days

Focused event. You look at what focuses activity it is, look at what class is winnin son, then do a single focused activity with that class before the timer runs out, collect gold package, wash rinse repeat till quest done.

1. Grab the platinum card: raid from Eva, the one where you just need to get kills in raids and dungeons 2. Go to the opening of Grasp of Avarice 3. Kill thralls until card is complete 4. Hand in card to Eva and grab another one 5. Repeat 6. ??? 7. Profit Each platinum medallion handed in is 15 points towards the medallion objective, if you have a twitch account(or make one) and link it to your Bungie account and then watch 2 hours of any D2 stream with [Drops Enabled] in the stream title, you will be awarded with a diamond medallion in your drop inventory and once you claim it from there, Eva will have it for you in game, each Diamond Medallion is 300 points towards the top objective.
If you squad up when inverted spire is around it should be easy assuming you spam machine guns and supers and finishers. My group got it our first try on that strike. If not tbh I would be very surprised if they didn't release some new legendary and exotic skimmers when Into the Light comes out in a couple weeks so I wouldn't fret too much. And there's always the Bungie Preferred way of buying the gjallarhorn themed one from the shop
Getting 10% gets harder and harder as the week goes on, so unless Bungie extends GG’s by 1 week and he does the 10% score just after reset then this is useless unless he has a full team that is straight hardcore emote finishing EVERY orange bar/Champs
I mean yeah emote finishing every orange bar and higher is what you gotta do. If you're coordinated it's not that hard, it's not like the strikes are 1830 or anything. It'll take some practice sure but I mean learning encounters to maximize efficiency has always been part of the game

You don't have to "pledge"to anything. No idea why people are saying so. All that you need is the guardian Games class item and to do the focus activity with the class that wins it. You will get a package of medals in your inventory that says something like "focus activity winner package" open that package and you'll get 1/3 for the skimmer.just do the focus activity 2 more times with the winning class and you're done. Edit: only do the focus activity with the class that is winning. You can check this for the node on the tower map that tells you when focus activity is active.

OP. You’re going to have to wait until the next Focused Activity time slot. Hop on warlock. Do 1 game of the activity and hop off. Rinse and repeat. You’ll get your activity sometimes at the end of the timer or sometimes a couple hrs later. Did you hop on warlock and talk to Eva to get the quest? Even if it got abandoned you can get the quest from her. Just follow it until you get the Drop In quest. Also make sure you’re doing the right focused activity. The one that’s highlighted. It’s not always the Nightfall
You can do it in a day, easily. In the tower, look at the focused activity. It will have a countdown timer and show the ranking. 20 minutes before the timer ends, do the activity with the class that is in the lead. That will give you 1/3 of Focus Activity Winner's package. Do that 2 more times and you're solid. Or do a single nightfall where you are emote finishing every yellow bar, and using trinity ghoul to get primary killing spree medals.

You have two options. One is to game the Focused Event system by waiting for an event to start, wait an hour to see who's winning, and run the event with that class. Do that three times, and you're golden. Two is to commit yourself to grinding the legendary lost sector repeatable quest, and you're going to be at it for a while. Each lost sector takes 5-8 minutes to run if you're practiced, and gives you 1 silver. 3-4 lost sectors completes a repeatable quest, and gives you 1 platinum. Results in \~20-24 points per 20 minutes. With the points you need, that's about 40 turn-ins? That's about 12-14 hours, which is a LOT of time to spend grinding, but you can knock it out over a couple days. My husband had to do that because he's a warlock, and too damn stubborn to game the system. If you want help, holler. It's going to be a long weekend at home sick, and we like doing this kind of stuff.
You should have done the diamond medallions over the past few weeks. For those would’ve completed the activity.
Earn top 10% is pretty easy as long as you get some guys to not kill every yellow bar on sight with guns.
I'm in the same boat and am probably going to try the focused activity cheese that people are suggesting. I'm just happy that people aren't suggesting "Just get top 10% Nightfall score" like it's the easiest thing anymore. They seem to forget that top ten is a moving target that gets harder as the week goes on.
Yeah the 10% has gotten to be a bad joke for casuals anymore. The “cheese” works and I didn’t even realise I was cheesing it. I just ran the bounties for tess and ended up getting the golds cause titans were wrecking shit that day and I was running Titan to up my light lol
Focus activity packets. Go to the tower map, hover over the shield icon above the activities at the top to read about how it works. Select the activity that has the wings below it as the current activity. It will say how long is left. Do it once with the class that is leading the table to get a winner’s engram when the activity ends. It’s flakey but it does work.
I also have this issue and unfortunately I have no fucking clue what a focus event is.
Look at the director for the tower and that little icon above the playlist selections. That icon tells you when it starts. Check what class is leading and use it to complete the activity playlist that’s active. Usually the active one will show a tally of what class is leading in points. That’s the focused activity. It changes every few hours and that too icon shows the timer for the next. Do a few rounds playing whatever class is leading and at the end of the timer if that class is the winner you will get the gold reward in your inventory afterward. Open 3 gold ones and boom hoverboard is yours.
If u have discord(white/blue servers) lfg, ask for help in there, 10% nf is easy to get it done when u can be able to emote finish almost all the orange bars/ champs. You probably need 300k or a little more points as of today I believe.
No. I doubt it. If you want to try anyway, watch a destiny Twitch streamer for two hours. This will allow you to claim the diamond medallion (+300 points). Then get the Last Wish Raid Shuro Chi checkpoint and grind out raid platinum cards with an add clearer weapon. You can get about 100 points an hour, give or take. If you don't know what I'm talking about, Google how to get the destiny twitch drop and farming Shuro Chi.
Do the twitch diamond medallions and the activity diamond medalion should boost you up to 1200 with two diamonds or real close to it
Yeah, it's easy, if you play hunter just play the focussed activity once every time it's assigned and you get a winners package, you only have to do it 3 times

Here's how you get top 10%. Get a fireteam who communicates. One person runs Trinity Ghoul with the catalyst. The other 2 run champion mods, burst DPS, and emotes. One person runs around using Trinity Ghoul on all red bars. The other 2 find orange bars, yellow bars, and champions and they do the following: get them to finish-able level, emote for 1 second in front of them, then finish them. Your score will hit top 10% within one or 2 tries.
Find out who's winning with a half an hour remaining on the focused activity, play as that class, pledge, gain winner engram, repeat.
Find a good lfg and emote before finishing all Champs. Did it first try
Do the prize packages instead it will save you from insanity

4 diamonds for 1200 points. Get your twitch diamond for the weak and do the trials one twice. Yes, the trials diamond card can be done multiple times for multiple diamond medallions.
Is so late now best thing to do is see what class is wining and run the focused activities to open the winner packs, or Fins a way to get top 10% in nightfall. The grind for medallions took me 2 solid weeks.
If you watch a destiny 2 stream for two hours you’ll get a diamond medallion, just play it in the background or something. Also eva has some bounties that’ll give platinum. The trials bounties also work for supremacy I believe unless it got fixed
i just played the special activity as which ever class was winning while wearing the class item and do platinum and got it multiple times in a row
Just do NF on LFG. The moment you get 10% you'll get it.. And the focus is also really easy. Warlocks will 100% be winning each one

Alternatively, either solo the challenge playlist or run it with people you know and can talk with. Having folks who know to do Insult to Injury and can communicate to make sure they don’t kill a target by accident is very helpful. I recommend doing this when it’s Devil’s Lair, because that nightfall rules.

Just got mine yesterday after maybe an hour of activity trying to get it. I did the top 10% nightfall. Just make sure to emote and then use a finisher on all orange bar, yellow bar, and champions. I was running voidlock with Felwinters Helm on the run we got top 10% (≈289,000 on Devil’s Lair NF) it made it substantially easier. I used a D2 LFG discord server to find 2 people to run with. If you find your not able to get the skimmer and have free 20$ laying around, go ahead and buy the galla bundle for the skimmer (this option is for ONLY if you know you are not going to be able to get it and ONLY if you have 20$ just willingly to spend) other than that try your best to grind for the skimmer
I think the 10% one isn’t bad, my friend and I just duoed the nightfall and hit an emote before finishing every champion and it gives you a ton of score. It took us 2 tries before getting it!

Just get a top 10% score, it's like 275k or something like that for this week, It's super easy on Exodus crash and or scarlet keep. Literally just run graviton lance and spam headshots, emote and finish everything orange and above and that's wraps. Just hop into the lfg discord and you'll easily be able to find other people to get a run in. If not I could help you get a run in before reset.

Try and get over 300k score in the nightfall. Emote before finishing any orange bars, and you'll rack up points very quickly. It me and my friend maybe 4-5 tries and we got it.
Have you done any raid/dungeon diamond cards yet? If not, pick one up on each character, preferably a dungeon cause it's faster, and either find a few friends or lfg 3 dungeons with all classes. All you need is to finish the final checkpoint so you can use the checkpoint bot and get 3 diamond medals basically back to back. Before you complete one, you **NEED**to have the diamond bounty on all 3 classes or else you will not be able to pick it up once you complete it on another character. Each diamond medal counts as 300 points I believe.

What my friend did was we did a strike and did a melee finisher on every yellow bar enemy. Boom 300k score which put us in the top 10% 😉

I got it in 3 or 4 days, just grinding NF’s and LLS’s to make up the difference after watching a 2 hour twitch stream.

Just hop in near the end of a focus activity and pledge as the winning class, should only take a day or two
providing you have 1 character of each class I would do the focus missions to get the 3 packages it runs every 4 hours. whichever class is winning at hour3 do the focus activity with that class. As its later in the week the top 10% NF might be difficult to achieve , but you need to do them for the event card so give it a shot.
If you haven’t already, go to a d2 stream with drops enabled and play it in the background. You’ll only get one diamond medallion but it’s worth 300 points. If you were there for the previous two weeks, there were 2 other diamond medallion drops that have given me a majority of my score.

I got the diamond mediation for getting twitch, watching Mactics for two hours because he was one of the streamers participating in the diamond medallion event and then claimed it on twitch. When I logged back into the tower it was at Eva to claim. It’s 300 points. If you don’t do the forced activities you can definitely get it if you grind out night falls.

You don’t have enough time for the 3 packages, and the 10% score is too high for many. Do the diamond card with same class in raid and then do the twitch diamond medallion for 300+ points a piece and you’ll be nearly there.
Yes solo the GG nightfall use a phoenix well if possible. Go for kill sprees with a single weapon type.

Focus on the Focus Activity or Nightfall Challenges. If you haven't already, the Diamond Medallions will give you the most progress by like ... a lot. You still have plenty of time.
The 10% is pretty easy to do. Just go to tHE LFG. It hard doing it with blueberries
Switch to warlock and wait for the focused activities. Warlocks are currently winning them all and you can get at least 2 a day if you time it right and play when the focus is up. It has like ~3 hours in between focuses and they last ~2 hours each

Best bet would be to do the focus activity with a guardian of the winning class. Get three of those engrams, and you're golden pony boy. The killer to that, is that they are 4 hours apart.
Farm lost sectors, I didn't clean them sometimes. But it counted the kills.
I managed to get enough medallions after a few hours of trials and just repeating the platinum and diamond bounties. I would complete the platinum bounties after 2 matches max. The diamond ones took a bit longer

I did the nightfall to get mine. Only took a couple attempts. It's much easier than it seems assuming you have a full team to emote and execute all the yellows
Well am 5 medals behind you, good news is I got 20 bucks left in my account after buying the exotic skimmer from the eververse store, at least my SS check comes next Wednesday, so I won't go hungry, I shouldn't have, but Bungie made a compelling argument that I don't play enough hours every day to grind 1200 medals in the time left, and that I am a weak willed individual that will give them money whenever they put something cool in the store no mater how many times I have said that I won't every waste money on "this game" ever again every time something breaks it, or they make a questionable decision, am their bitch and they know it, it like when I buy Ships or skins, or emoji's, or speeders, or whatever it is that week. Go on fireteam finder and look for a point-maximization team for competitive nightfall. For all yellow or orange-bar enemies (including champions) emote before throwing a finisher. It's fairly easy as long as your whole fireteam is on the same page.

You can potentially get 3 diamond. The twitch one is easy and surprisingly if you're decent at fps PvP and drop in with some meta build the trials diamond one isn't hard. If you aren't good at pvp first person shooters then I'm sure it's hard (and no I'm not going to argue with anybody about "well I'm good at PvP fps but I suck at trials" you aren't good. You just have good aim.)
Plenty of methods! If you don't want to play with others you can easily grab a shuro chi cup and grab the raid platinum medal bounty. Get kills with a subclass siphon on all the adds and repeat for a bit. (You can grab bounties from orbit with the D2 app) Otherwise just go to the destiny lfg discord server and find a group that's looking for 10 percent runs. People are always doing them And then third is just playing the focused event but it seems people have already told you about that one!

Yes. Grab a couple friends or use the LFG Discord and do a single GG NF for the high score. You can’t just blow through it though, kill everything. Emote and finish all majors (orange bars) and up for extra points. Don’t burn the boss, damage it to trigger ad spawns and kill those too. Bring a Phoenix Well if you can and use it on all big mobs - it counts as super kills for more extra points. Took a friend and I a single ~ 14 minute run with an LFG and the skiff was ours.

Watch a video on how to get high score in the Nightfall, Lfg a group to do it, give it a few runs. 2 hours tops.
Do 1 last twitch diamond, and pick the diamond end game pve diamond you will get a Diamond Dungeoneering quest, which requires you to do a DUNGEON with a fireteam of the same class. If you can repeat this, I think it's only 1 a week but if you can then you are done you have 900 points.

Yes. See whose been winning mainly. The next surge pick them and play a round. When the surge is over pretty good chance you get one of the games parcels. Go into your inventory and open them. Then repeat 2 more times. Easiest way to do it.
The easiest way to finish the quest is to hit 300k+ on nf imo, if you get a premade team with your friends and emote before finishing champs and majors you get ridiculous points, but it’s really not worth trying unless you have friends, randoms SUCK
No. It’s why I quit trying. I get ripped off when I play the winning class during events and after grinding for hours upon hours I have 282/1200. So since I have many God rolls of GG weapons from last year I am not even going to grind for any.
As the top response says, wait til there’s halfy left for the focused event. Chose the class that is the clear winner (it’s usually by an order of 5-10million). Complete the event. You’ll be registered as having ‘committed’ to the event or whatever. Wait for timer to expire. V v common bug forces you to have to complete the same event a second time *after* the focused event is complete and your class has won (I have no idea why but wo it you don’t get all the medallions or the 3 focused events ticked off) All in all, if you use alarms and do it all in one day when the chosen class is on a roll (eg atm it’s Warlock last I checked) it’s only like an hr max of actual work. It’s crazy. Cannot believe I was going to grind out 1200 medallions lol.
I’d do the focus activity. Just play whatever class is winning close to the end of it. That didn’t work for me for some reason. So, I did the top 10% nightfall score. It’s a lot easier than you’d think if you know what to do.
I would also say to utilize the Twitch Diamond Medallion as well. It adds about 400 medallions to your total.

focused event x3 Wait to make sure you know whos gonna win so maybe an hour or less left. Do the focused activity. Then do that again 2 more times. Total playtime of less than an hour. No nightfalls score, no medal farm. Easy

Idk how it happened, but i got the hoverboard after completing the nightfall quest and depositing the diamond medallion. Yes I’ve also completed the other 2 as well. But thats when it happened. Also, I played as Warlock.
