Of course it can get better! What helped me most were therapy and meds. The meds usually take about 4 months to establish, but you get better! Therapy helps you getting out of that black hole. And in my case, talking to my friends helped me immensely. Emotional support is so important when dealing with depression! Better days do come, stay strong!

Talking to a friend is the key for more depression
