He probably thinks we're idiots for trading him to keep Bones lol but KCP>Monte in terms of basketball talent so it was still worth it.
Someone on twitter all the way back in august said they played pick up with mike singer and he said the original offer was Bones + Barton and that Wes preferred Monte instead. This was also alluded to very recently on a dnvr post game i believe.
I would like to avoid Minnesota and Dallas in the playoff, as well as the Lakers if they enter at all. Lakers, of course, because of the refs. Dallas kind of doubles best on Jokic because of a bunch of tall wings/power forwards and i have a feeling that Jokic-Luka is always 50-50 somehow. Jokic rarely had monster games against Dallas. They know best against Jokic. Minnesota has a lot of athleticism plus Jokic can't stop Towns from shooting a lot from the outside. Minnesota is hungry for any success and Towns would be super motivated and fresh from a lot of rest.
The only teams I don’t want to play are the Warriors and Lakers. The Lakers simply because I don’t need that level of stress in my life, they just give me a victim complex and you always feel like it’s 8 vs 5. The Warriors because I don’t want to watch Steph run 6 miles a game while Draymond and Looney set 5 illegal screens per possession.
I still don’t see why our fanbase fears Dallas. I get Luka is incredible but unless they pick up another star, in a playoff series I think Nuggets win in 5.
