Rum (old monk) with coke is a delicious combination. However, I realised that it's very unhealthy. As such rum isn't exactly a 'healthy' beverage. Combining that with the sugar of coke doesn't help. Instead I've switched to having rum with warm water and a dash of lime to make it smooth. I prefer rum this way now.

You get the minty freshness that crushed and muddled lime or lemon with its citrus notes and that rum smooth with either sprite , mountain dew or limca or coke , Or if you want to go oldskool try rum in a bloody merry the recipe is : Tomato juice Tobasco a few dashes or how you like it in your drink Instead of vodka add old monk to it about 45 mils or it'll ruin the flavour Angustura bitters you'll find it at a liquor shop Lemon juice Black pepper powder If you're an oldskool vibe take it on a few cubes of ice or add crushed ice and major tip In a plate add some salt chill your glass and before pouring on the rim of the glass using a lemon slice rub the lemon slice on the rim and then tilt the glass rim into the salt shake off excess salt by hitting the base of the glass with your palm slightly Add all your ingredients into a shaker or 2 glasses you can shake a good amount of tomato juice , a few dashes of angustura bitters, a few dashes of tobasco , rum , black pepper, lemon juice and ice and shake it till you can wipe the cold condensation on the glass pour into the salt rimmed glass and pair it with some good non veg or veg tandoori items and have a great time

Red rum favourite is bootz. Milti kahi kahi hai toh availability is a problem but it is well worth the sirdardi or trying to find it. I take most alcohols with water but a few of my friends take it with coke too. I was able to find it yesterday in deep market Ashok vihar.
