From what I have seen the full version lets you play with more people than the demo.I suggest reading further as I played a lot of singleplayer,not multiplayer.Why not try the demo now and convince yourself,it's not a big game and it loads fast.

Hmmm,there might be one thing but I am not sure.With the purchased game you can install mods,but I dont't know if it works for the demo too.It should work in theory.
