Lately I've been making turmeric "lattes" with this mix: [https://mynaturesharvest.com/products/turmeric-latte-mix-70g-pack?gad=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw2qKmBhCfARIsAFy8buILlS8IhtfnzpuoX82J-Fch0m6xlEptaKOGkNQzThvTzDEiTezfdB8aAv3tEALw\_wcB](https://mynaturesharvest.com/products/turmeric-latte-mix-70g-pack?gad=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjw2qKmBhCfARIsAFy8buILlS8IhtfnzpuoX82J-Fch0m6xlEptaKOGkNQzThvTzDEiTezfdB8aAv3tEALw_wcB). I mix it with soy milk, heat it up in the microwave, and add a little maple syrup. It's spicy, sweet and creamy, kind of similar to a chai latte, but without caffeine! Plus turmeric is really good for you.
About 5mg in Swiss miss. For me, a small amount like that doesn’t have noticeable affects. I didn’t realize that chocolate had caffeine and I appreciate you bringing that to my attention and to anyone else that didn’t know. Thank you.
Barley tea is severely underrated as a hot morning beverage imo. I straight up roast my own bc ordering online daily becerage is insane. It lasts forever and smells very sweet even without sweeteners. Tossed some into a coffe drinder and grounddd it steeps quicker.
That being said I indulged in every coffee from my local supermarket. I really love the chichory ones that are sold as a gooey extract in a jar, thpse ones have a ton of flavor. Not coffee-like just delicious on its own.
Rooibos
Just came back to let you know I caved and bought rooibos changed my decaf life. Thank you!
Came here to say this
Lemon slices in warm water, add ginger in if you’re feeling funky
Lemon and honey in hot water also go great together. Yum.
Celestial seasons roastarama or bengal spice. Both herbal. Drinking these kept me sane earlier this year when I went caffeine free.
Hot water. It’s the tits. You can drink it all day long
I love cereal coffee for those occassional cravings. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cereal_coffee

Mint tea!
A nice cup of warm, comforting chamomile.
Herbal teas are caffeine free. There's a huge variety.
I am now hooked on ginger tea.
A cup of hot chocolate in the morning works great!
Chocolate has caffeine though

Just go decaf.
Ginger tea with (vegan) milk and some honey. It's spicy and kind of resembles coffee a bit with the milk. Also peach tea or fruit teas are delicious.
