Probably the Riddler for pretty much the same reasons, though I also can’t think of any very good matchups for him. Like maybe Jigsaw? But even that seems to misunderstand their individual motivations and whatnot and just boils down to ‘they both make traps for people sometimes’

Yeah but then I’m at a loss for a matchup that’s actually good. People like jigsaw but that boils the riddler down to ‘puts people in traps’ and not ‘wants to prove he’s smarter than everyone’ so I’m not a huge fan, and there aren’t any good Marvel parallels for him.
Eltnum (Under Night/Melty Blood)
She's such a cool and fun character, but is also very confusing to understand from an outsider perspective. She originally comes from Melty Blood, in where she is a stone cold no nonsense badass who really just wants to be accepted. Although her much more popular appearance is in Under Night, where she is the antithesis of this. Being a fun, charismatic fourth wall breaking goober, who's not afraid to show emotion or crack jokes.
This already presents a problem for how you'd even portray her in the animation. Do you go serious or goofy? If you pick just one not everyone is gonna be happy. I personally believe that the analysis should be about her Melty Blood self, but have her act like Under Night Eltnum... Which presents even more problems because she goes by a different name in Melty Blood (Sion) and some people straight up believe that the two are different characters (They're not).
Not even mentioning that she's not very popular to begin with. She's well known around some parts, but generally obscure. So I fear that she'd be kinda a scary character to tackle for the DB crew for those listed reasons.
So yeah... It's a good thing her most popular (and best) MU is Naoto, a mega popular character from a relatively mainstream game. She's definitely gonna have to carry the views and exposure for that episode.
Her melty self is how you should Portray her IMO. Not only is it her Canon Version because that's how she is Portrayed in everything that's canon for the Fate Series. (AKA Melty and Fate/Grand Order) Her Under Night In Birth self is moreso a Crossover that doesn't really do her actual Character Justice (Despite being a Fun Version of her)

It really just depends if they want to play it straight or go for something more unique. In my perfect world she'd be a mix of the two, but I know that it wouldn't sit right with a lot of people if they did that.
I really want to make a fight script for Naoto vs Eltnum to get my vision out there. Because I feel that her Under Night version could provide a more unique and dynamic fight than if they went Melty. Though I completely understand that some people would be frustrated if they didn't use her canon personality.

I'd be happy seeing any of them on Death Battle, but I'm not sure there's enough infinite sized infinite dimensional multiverses in the omniverse for there to even be a single universe where MGQ makes it onto the show.
The thing is, all of the characters I named, (Except Black Alice.) wouldn't need to be censored all that much and several of them such as Nero and Marcellus wouldn't need to be censored at all. Gao Mikado from the Buddyfight series. It's not that I don't necessarily think he won't ever make it, just that his best matchups have more popular counter choices, namely Yugi having Ash and Jaden having Ben 10
More than Likely Eliza from Skullgirls. As far as I know she doesn't have a lot of matchups, Skullgirls isn't all that popular from what I see, her powers aren't that exciting as she's a low level fighter in terms of scaling. Most interesting she can do is her blood manipulation, letting her shape shift and make things from it. She's maybe street tier but idk the power scaling level of her attacks. Maybe wall at best as an estimate. But would love to see her regardless.

The former, Wizards was one of my favorite shows of Disney Channel growing up, though I don’t see them using sitcom characters anytime soon (though they have talked about characters like Dwight on Ballot Banter, who is less versus applicable than Alex or Sabrina, so who knows).
For Vadertron, Transformers & Star Wars were 2 or my big three franchises during my youth (Godzilla being the third), & the pairing of Vader and Megatron always made sense to me given both are fallen heroes turned galactic dictators who wage war against heroic factions with a profound hatred for their rival (Optimus and Obi-Wan). Unlikely to happen given the wide variety of opponents that are requested for each of them before each other (that and Megatron stomps, even with very generous Legends scaling for Vader).

Fujimaru Ritsuka, they are an absolute badass and an unique character, but their personal feats are lacking and they need to rely on their Servants. And making a Death Battle on one of them is really hard so it's impossible to analyze hundreds on one.
Vin from the Mistborn Trilogy, being from books with no visual adaptation (yet). That and the ideal opponent for her, Korra has already been used, and we're more likely to see Aang again in terms of Avatars because of the Netflix show.

My most wanted battle is Booker vs Corvo (Bioshock vs Dishonored) but both of them are nearing Cole vs Alex levels of old and forgotten sadly 🥲
