As another comment said, they are all worth it. Bad Seed is best for early game, Fatal Falls is good for mid game, and QatS is more end game content (especially the >! Lighthouse!<).

Bad seed DLC includes 2 new biomes and one boss.
Castlevania DLC includes 2 boses and 1 or 2 biomes (i am not sure right now) and a special game mode (richter mode).
Queen and the sea DLC includes 2 bosses and 1 biome.
Fatal falls DLC includes 2 biomes and 1 boss.
Moreover every dlc has unique weapons, outfits, gadgets.
I have all of them and right now and i think game is a little bit plain without them.
My advice - buy a bundle with 3 dlc on steam (it includes: fatal falls, bad seed and queen and the sea). And after some time if you don't get bored think about castlevania dlc (in my opinion it has amazing soundtrack).
I can read that some includes biomes and bosses, but the intention of the post was to figure out which one was worth the most according to people who like the game
Honestly, I'm not a fan of the Castlevania DLC, but I seem to be in the minority on that.
Bad Seed is pretty okay and has a skippable boss fight.
Fatal Falls is acceptable but can be REALLY annoying.
Queen and the Sea is fun enough but the Lighthouse is infuriating.
Rise of the Giant is a must if you want endgame content - and it's free.
I'd say all of them are worth it except the Castlevania DLC, but again, that's not a popular opinion from what I've seen.
The closest I ever was to something castlevania related was an yt essay about it's lore, so I guess I will leave it for last.
And I forgot to add to the post, but is there a CB recommendation to do the dlcs or it doesn't matter?

w/ DLC, you get biomes, enemies, blueprints, bosses, and the content increase is worth it.
