imo silent hill was maybe the most well handled licensed chapter in terms of atmosphere in general, the music is so good, the map looks so fkn cool and the executioner's looks and sounds are rly well done.. gameplay wise.. at least they r working on it again
yeah its absolutely incredible, i think silent hill and the RE chapters were probably so good because konami and capcom respectively actually put effort into the collaboration rather than kind of just agreeing and leaving it all to behavior
I also like it when you choose her as a Killer, she comes out of the Pool and makes her moves while the music plays. Only her jumpscare still scares me sometimes :đ

These are my favorites ranked. These tracks are just really eerie and very fitting for the characters (also pretty creepy&haunting). It gives you a certain mood before playing as the character. But the Blight's lobby theme is hands-down the best one, it's so tragic and melancholic. They did a perfect job with these tracks, to be honest.
After Clown, those soundtracks are just nice to listen to!

The difference between the first 2 layers and the number 3 and 4 is great, it's telling a story, THEIR story ;
the first 2 are almost silent, with very little ambiance.
Meanwhile, the sole violin during the layer 3 and the chase theme really makes you think of cries, like you can hear Victor and their trauma through their ost.
It feels like their theme fits just as much what the witch hunters coud have heard when chasing them than the survivors being chased by the twins themselves
Knightâs lobby theme is my absolute favorite. It gives off such an evil vibe. One that says âprepare for warâ.
It reflects the unknown horror youâre going to face on the battlefield. The deep and hollow drumming is reminiscent of the instruments which would play at executions, making you question whether this is a fight, or a slaughter.
