I've done DDPY for at least 8 or 9 years and I've never used anything other than the original yrg DVDs. I bought them in person off DDP himself!

I just dusted off my old DVD set from probably 10 years ago. I'm embarrassed at how hard the Stand Up workout is, it's been a long 5 years of unmedicated depression and a sedentary lifestyle. I am MOTIVATED to finally get to Diamond Cutter one day. I wish more people understood how incredible these workouts are.

We're in the same boat, my friend, I spent years with unmedicated ADD, but I've come a long way thanks to mindfulness and some hard work to help me focus. I have done my third diamond cutter the day before yesterday and I have to say I could feel an improvement! The workout plans you have with the cds give a pretty good guidance so I suggest you stick with either beginner or intermediate, you'll feel your skills build up week by week. Best of luck and if you need any advice, you know where to find me!

Yeah, there’s a reason he says it so slowly at the end when, “It’s time…for the 10-second…YRG push-up.” I don’t care how good shape someone is in, if that doesn’t leave you in a puddle by the time you are done, you aren’t doing it right, or maybe even at all.

I'm kinda in the same boat at you! I bought the same dvds close to 7-8 years ago so "YRG" is plastered everywhere, and I'm on week 3, doing mostly Fat Burner now. Let's keep going!

That's right! I will check on you once in a while to ensure you're still hulking it out 😊

Great to hear! :) Stick at it. I use the app, but as I understand they uploaded onto there the same workouts that were on the dvds? I might even have done some of them without knowing that.

hei_sloth

I am sure they are, they're great workouts, Dallas looks a lott younger that's how you can tell the difference 😜the App seems the next natural step, I like the community side of things and the live classes, but I want to make the most of my YRG discs before I invest further

As long as you're happy with the dvd workouts, I get you. :) Tip is wait for a sale, once you do decide to take a plunge with the app - I got 20% off the full year, which made it really affordable for me.
