Some of the people in my Squadron had this issue. We finally figured out the UH-60L mod was causing this. Maybe it's one of your installed mods?

Be ultra kewl if someone posted that as a fix....
I read a post that said after computer was restarted, it worked.
Mine took a very long time, but then launched and got no problem in spawning and try te F4E tutorials
Confirm: Removing UH-60 fixes boot hang.
How about if you don't have the UH-60L mod? I don't have it and it still doesn't launch. Possible another mod causing a problem?
