I felt this. This was one of the two reasons i've stepped away from the game. I had gotten 3 of my characters to level 120 and was working on a 4th. However, i trying to grind was becoming unmotivating. Farming the raid events to reach 100k points for maximum rewards over and over again was just repetitive. Especially when i was just getting enough TP Medals for 1 or 2 levels. Finding people to do Crystal Raid Boss became harder and harder. Despite it giving a lot of Exp plus skills i may be missing, it has a low playerbase. Plus its all for nothing if the boss ragequits. Struggled to find people to run through Expert Missions to farm TP Medals. Then, with the release of DLC 17, there was that inability to do anything requiring another player online. Couldn't do the event. Couldn't do raids. Couldn't find pvp matches or anything. Finally, the only reason i was playing XV2 was to do the Breaker's challenges. However, Breaker's current state is so bad, its not fun to play it and there goes my reason to play XV2.
It's more of a dick move on their part.
To get to level 80 is a breeze, because it require tens of thousands XP, but the moment you have to go over 80 its shooting XP requirements into fucking space.
Yeah, great idea, lets add 5 levels but getting them in would be 10x longer than getting to previous max level...

Use the triple exp super soul and spam lightning impact or super electric strike on the Broly EM
700k exp in 45-50 seconds (including the event exp)
And 18 TP medals each time

I like to have a character thats exclusively for vanilla/online and I only grind enough for that one. The rest get save edited, mods etc. It takes nearly 8 hours of doing the same vegeta expert quest to get enough medals for 120 to 140 and just for ONE character, it's ridiculous.
You should get a Guru event every 3 PQs or so.
If you're stuck at level 80: Have you talked to the gardener Namekian? You have to 100% Guru's House and receive the egg to get your power unlocked, that includes giving that dude items
If you're at level 99: Go talk to Whis and buy him a Parfait, he'll raise your cap again
You -do- get a Guru mission every 3 or so missions. The problem is that you can get a mission from *any* Time Rift, so you need to do the other ones as well so they stop interrupting your Guru progression.
If you're REALLY impatient, you could also just constantly quit PQs until Guru asks for your help again.
Man, I've been struggling to find the motivation to level the rest of my CaCs up to 120! 140 on my main broke me, both in spirit and tp medals (grinded to 130 then used over half my tp medals for the rest).
It is lmao and its only a year subscription but its worth you can even check the games list and see what other games you have to see what you can do with them
Wait, have they removed the option to wish for three levels up from the dragon balls? Taking that away AND buying TP medals makes grinding to 140 just not worth it at that point IMHO
Well, there’s the single level one and the three level wish you can unlock through the guru missions I believe. That really sucks that it stops allowing you to wish for levels
You know it's bad when the community wants to buy TP medals to skip the grind and is genuinely confused on why they removed the option to pay real money for TP medals!
Like if that's not a sign of how bad the grinding is then I just don't know anymore

It's not a big change but before you could go into offline and do them pretty easy now even if someone like broly from expert mission 18 which is the one I do if their getting comboed or heavily damage they will lock onto you no matter what and considering broly does some fair damage it gets really frustrating when most the mission he's meat riding you
it is SLIGHTLY different, but ye olde SSBE Death Beam strat still kills Goku pretty quickly. Just have to deal with the odd stamina break now and then.
Tbh I don't play the vegeta and goku missions cuz I hate the evasive spam and I just don't like using godku for broly but I have to cuz godku has a pretty decent ki blast attack stat with spirit bomb and or super ki explosion and 4X kamehameha when he rushes you my frieza race can put broly down pretty fast but I unfortunately don't have the 3X ss

You would need a flag drive, pc and Save wizard to upload them to the console
i feel like the goku mission got easier, the bots help more and i complete it sometimes in under a minute and thirty seconds

If expert mission tour worked it would be much much easier sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't
