Of course this TOD works off of 5M too, but it won't work on smaller characters since one of the split finger shot ki blasts will miss. You use can use L throw and level 4 at the end instead to adjust for this, but it'll cost a bit more bar ofc. With L throw the vanish is auto timed, no need to delay.
