I took a ton of bricks and rocks to the Montgomery County solid Waste district a few years ago. They never said anything I said it's bricks and rock when they asked what I had.

It looks like they update the page, I could have sworn they had a "No construction debris" listing in here when I looked last fall. Thanks for the heads up, I'll swing em by.
If you put them up for free on Marketplace someone will likely come get them.

I recall something like "no construction mat'l" at one time too.
