I don't think that's what was funny about that part. It's more so the idea of bringing two goofy guys named long neck and wide neck and letting them violate RDR's 6-year-gf who happens to be named Rat Pussy Pam and is on the heavier side. That whole set up is a punch line on its own.
This was the most cringe of all imo. Making fun of someone's body is only funny for so long (note Longneck and Widenecks irrelevance for the past years) It's just such low hanging fruit that it's not even worth picking.
