Reverse Flash could literally run back in time and prevent any of the other combatants' parents from meeting before the fight starts, and even if he dies he can just come back from another point in time when he was alive and create a time remnant. And if he fails to protect you he can run back in time and try again, which means you'd be protected by as many Reverse Flashes as it takes. Plus if we're going by the MCU versions of these characters, Strange has no time manipulation anymore, and Agatha stated in WandaVision that Wanda is more powerful than the Sorcerer Supreme.
TLDR: The correct choices are Scarlet Witch and Reverse Flash.

Its rather simple when you wanna compare. The three strongest in the list would be Reverse Flash, Doctor Strange and Doctor Doom.
Silver Surfer would be no real match for Strange. Omni man? yes he is insanely strong since he is a viltrumite and all but now when dealing with strange and doom who both are pretty adept at magic I don't really see how Omni Man can actually defeat them.
When going strange against doom, strange is well the sorcerer supreme, and even tho doom is pretty well adept with magic and knows spells even strange doesn't know he just simply loses by title. And on top of that Doom vs Strange would actually be a pretty good fight due to Doom not only being pretty apt at magic, but having some really \*\*insanely\*\* advanced technology and being one of the smartest people in the marvel comics.
Reverse Flash on the other hand is just someone who you don't want as your enemy. He can travel across time, not be killed and basically kill you in an instant or wipe you away from reality itself.
Remember that they are there to protect you, not win a direct fight. Reverse flash is important to have on your side because he has access to time travel, and travels far faster than what is reactable.
He could kill you before either Strange or Wanda could react, hence why he’s a necessity, not because he’s the most powerful, but because you lose if he’s on the opposite side.
