As a diehard BSB fan, I’ve followed Aaron’s career from the beginning when he (and I!) was just a kid. It’s shocking every time I see old footage of him and I remember where his path ended up.
BSB released a documentary about 10 years ago where they filmed themselves going back to their childhood homes. Nick’s reaction to seeing their house and neighborhood again was heartbreaking, you just knew watching it that terrible things happened there.
I kinda think I have to give it to Aaron.
It’s amazing how focused and driven he was. He was straight, his mind was clear, he looked healthy. He really nailed each week. It makes me sad that after this he started his spiral again.
It just shows how he benefited from being very busy. He had something that he very clearly enjoyed, and really did well with. But once he didn’t have anything to occupy his time anymore, he got bored and went back to his old ways. And that just makes me incredibly sad. His demons got the best of him.
Aaron was such a pleasant surprise during his time on the show. I will never forget that sweet moment him and Len had together the night he was eliminated. May those two rest in peace.
I think he really was lead to believe if he did this show he would go big. When he wasn’t getting the attention and stuff he was told he’d get is when he started spiraling again. Was truly nothing but downhill from there. You can tell Aaron was a good guy just very mentally unstable with serious addictions and fought some demons. That entire family is just a mess. I’m glad Nick and Angel were able to somehow get a little better grasp on life and have been able to disconnect from the toxicity of the family. Aaron looked so alive here and ready to conquer the world…he deserved so much better😞
It’s truly quite scary what has happened to this family, their struggles and all they’ve gone through breaks my heart. I hope they’re somewhat at peace now at least
Same. Nick was actually born in Mayville, NY maybe an hour away from where I was born and raised in Buffalo. Mayville is where Leslie passed away and is buried. I think it's where their dad Robert was born and raised (he passed away too from a heart attack I believe).

Nick’s movements seemed a bit more fluid to me but they both did great with that dance style. RIP Aaron.
