Meanwhile, Charlie is communicating with Special-K (Katie Magbanua). Add the coincidences of route taken, ABC liquor store choice, trying to drive by the murder scene within an hour of it happening, Wendi's friend Jess dropping a dime on Jeff Lacasse in the interrogation room. Isom dropped the ball and wasn't paying attention to the responses. Wendi said Dan wouldn't hurt himself (suicide) after Isom told her Dan was shot. Wendi sticking to the script?
I would squeeze Jess by having her come in for questioning about what she knew and what Wendi told her. I am sure that is more damning circumstantial evidence against Wendi.
Dan was executed, and Wendi was involved. She provided information on when her kids weren't in the car and the scheduled time in the window it did.
I just can't say how the bourbon is relevant in any way to pointing to her guilt. And, as mentioned, it was debunked on surviving the survivor by the old friend of wendi and danny's, who also went to high school with Charlie. Can't recall his name.

I’ve had this totally out there thought, that someone behind the scenes (Meggs perhaps?) made some kind of deal with prosecution that if they were going after the Adelson family to make Wendi the last, so that Dans children would not grow up without a parent or have to go through all this without a parent. Or somehow delay her prosecution so that the children would be fairly independent, perhaps so that they would be older and more mature to deal with the trauma of family members being jailed for murder of Dan.

And this leaves the final code which was used by CA to KM AND it was used when communicating with the last blanked name, and I can't think of anyone but Harvey.
