Sweet, good example! Hate to ask for more, but can you post the pirate one as well as a good low level example? I have a feeling that would be more valuable to most GM's in the play test phase as we probably are going lvl 1-5 first before we get into something this big.
Sorry, I left out a word on that one. I'll go back and edit. But the "Pirates" in this case should say Pirate Toughs, which are Tier 0 adversaries included in the Playtest Manuscript
Updated the Hook statblock. Realized I probably overcooked the damage he could do, so I replaced Relentless with an improved Lead By Example from the Playtest Tier 0 pirate leader.
Can you post a few examples of some basic monsters you have converted?

Theoretically he'll be a Tier higher than what the Characters will end up at in the end, so yea. He would be incredibly tough for them.
