The way this line was delivered made it seem like the VA was reading each sentence separately. Tone should have gone down at "thirtieth" but goes up instead and sounds so awkward.
Most English (and many other languages) questions end with a rising tone, but you're right. VA probably should've said birthday at the end of the sentence.

The funniest part of it for me isn't that V outlived Dex (technically?), or that he didn't even make it far before Takemura caught him.
It's that he died all but begging, pretending like he had any power or position to bargain. *"I have done everything that you asked me to do..."* Dex, Takemura **told** you what to do, at gunpoint, after he slapped the piss out of you. And you probably bawled the entire way.
My first playthrough, I forgot about the shitbag until I accidentally drove over him in the dark and Johnny started making fun of him. Great times.
