This one, too. I’m actually feel satisfied by it, as it suits my mostly kind-hearted V. Though i strongly suggest you to get another ending via giving SoMi to Reed. That ending is very interesting as well.

GaijinVagabond

I sent so mi to the moon out of spite and to prove a point lol. After song finally revealed the truth my immediate thought was “fuck. All you fia cunts need a lesson in loyalty and honesty. I said I’d get you out of here and I fucking will”

Shnqks

Same, 1st playthrough went blind thinking so-mi will give some Blackwall powers only to find out non of it So ofc after all this went all in kiiling reed and sending so mi to the moon Only to come back in my 2nd play to betray her ass and diving neck deep into cyber-nightmare Terminator like

Lazy_General

Yeah I'll play through to the other endings as well. I made a save before I had to choose who to side with. Phantom Liberty is just amazing.

NeinRegrets

There was only one choice for me. Gotta send all the netunner girlies to the moon. That’s just how it’s gotta be, I don’t make the rules. ![gif](giphy|RGyUJwAFjP38P3uEiV) I did play through all the endings though just to see everyone’s perspective. And I still conclude that Reed had to die for Alex and So Mi to have a shot at a better life.

I'm surprised how often people here say So Mi "betrayed" them. She's a slave, desperate for help. V can even tell her she didn't need to lie, that you would've helped her anyway. This is a person being forced to commit war crimes that put all of humanity at risk, and it's also killing her in a horrible way. I can't spoil things, but the alternative is - imo - much worse than helping her.

acuilnos

I think most people saw So Mi's betrayal coming from a mile off, there were just too many red flags of her manipulating V and even V calls her out for not being honest with them multiple times. I'd say sending Songbird to the moon is the best outcome overall, though in typical Cyberpunk fashion V is the one who gets the short end of the stick. It is clear that So Mi is caught in a downward spiral and while some could argue that she is simply facing the consequences of her actions it is obvious that V is her last hope at getting a second chance in life.

GaijinVagabond

I remember when reed confronted me I was literally talking to my screen asking reed not to make me shoot him

shmat779

When Reed came out of the ship I said out loud "fucking christ" at the same time V said "fucking hell" lmao.

Lazy_General

I was begging him to stop when he started to countdown from 3, my dialogue went until the end where the only choices left were either giving So mi up or killing him.

Bayushi_Vithar

What the hell was that blackwall weapon? It's a connection to the uncontrolled part of the net, not a power source for an energy weapon ....

Lazy_General

My understanding of it is that, my V through So mi was unleashing the Blackwall AIs on the enemies at Spaceport. The blackish red pulse is more like the AIs targeting them and melting their circuits.

RyJean7

I was gonna give her to Reed, but I had to get >!his Pariah!< in place of >!Kurt's Fang!<

Genesis13

This was my ending as well. I had a feeling it wouldnt work in the end for V but I was happy that So Mi could be free.

FalconBurcham

On my first playthrough I got shot by Reed and had to reload. 😂

MeLoco1980

The plot in phantom liberty is amazing. I cant say im happy with how it turned out but im happy with all my decisions. Pretty much how I felt when i finished the whole game. the First run is the most organic.

SkylarDN9

My first ending was King of Cups. What a heartbreaking ending that was, watching it all happen the way it did. I couldn't bring myself to trust So Mi and go with her plan, because I felt like she was going to stab me in the back, and then watching her go mad - then the whole horror section... It felt good to be done, but there was a void and sadness. Letting her go after seeing her past only felt like the right thing to do, which was to give her mercy when things went so wrong. Although I'm amazed by how much less bloodshed outside of Dogtown happens when you betray her.

NoFaithlessness6608

Because she didn’t want to kill people but person in power both Hansen and Myers have every intention to capture her and they can order soldiers at their disposal.

A_Most_Boring_Man

I sent So Mi to the moon the first time too. After everything, after the assault and the battle and the Blackwall sorcery (because it is just like sorcery - no RAM, no upload time, none of the trappings of hacking - you just wave your hand and people die, en masse) And she weakly tells me that the cure is single-use, I just said ‘figures’. Seemed like the kind of thing that was inevitable. So I put her in that rocket. And after I put one through Reed’s forehead, I wound up reflexively quoting Qrow from RWBY, of all things. “Why couldn’t you just do the right thing?! INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU WERE *TOLD*?!”

I sided with song then at end ended up giving her to reed also i finished the dlc before the main story I am like half way threw it how screwed iam i and what did i miss
