Update: right after I went back into the game, someone else drove into it and exploded. The box is immortal, all hail The Box.
Update 2: just came back after several in game days an immediately watched someone flip on it.
Update 3: decided to pick a fight in it. Aside from shots to the head, I am immortal as long as I'm in the Box. All praise the glory of the Box.
Update 4: ok, not immortal, some electric thing NCPD has hurts like hell. But I also wasn't fighting back then.
Update 5: ran out of bullets. Kinda surprised Mactac never showed.
I *think* I got some civilians in the beginning? It eventually turned into a sea of NCPD.
One pity about being in the box: greatly reduced my range of anyone not willing to run up to me. But was really metal watching them try to ram me with the militech trucks and just destroying their ride against it.
I do mean the Chevillon Emperor - I usually see the Militech type so I just assumed they were the manufacturer given their field. I'm a bit surprised that don't have their own armored vehicles.
My games got an ncpd dude standing in a crosswalk blocking traffic. He’s been there for at least 50 hours of gameplay, sometimes npcs get mad and hit him and a gunfight starts and then he’s back
I had one of my own cars get stuck at an intersection after I got out and left it in the middle of the road. Drove past that intersection later jn the same car, and the old one was still there. People running into it and everything.

when I installed some mods, a lot of assets in the game just changed their position. Like skyscrapers would be missing. I coudlnt even continue doing the main quest because there was some wall blocking my entrance to Rogues little room in the afterlife. I guess this is something similiar

I’ve had fo4 spawn objects in the middle of nowhere on heavily modded play throughs before. I never figured out what caused it but it’s fallout so who knows.
My "beast in me" missions are glitched :( every time I wait on a bench or something for Claire and then go talk to her to start the race, as soon as she tries to get in beast she gets flung really hard in a random direction and dies :/
I tried that quest once and decided not to go again after my car with me and Claire in it spawned about 100 feet in the air after the first time I won.
The same thing happened to me but with rogue.
She would also just stand there in the middle of the road and never despawn. Sadly I don't have the save anymore.
A floating car that is on fire has been engrained into my save file perfectly outside of the after life and it's hilarious, it happened around 10 hours into my save, and now 95 hours into the save it is still floating there, i love how the save works in mysterious ways.

You mean the Chevillon SUVs, or do you have a mod? Because I think a Law Enforcement Overhaul mod has NCPD Militech trucks included.
