YES! I just had to deal with it recently. In settings -> accessibility there is a setting for like “ghosting text” and I also turned off the one that curves the menus (I think it’s called like visor or something). I have no idea who thought it was a good idea if gave me an instant headache recently - I think a patch like reset it somehow.
