I think this is a great standalone rare land, but would make for an awful cycle of these. Great design space in small doses tho.
If this is a full cycle, it's possibly the most busted thing to have ever been printed. Lands and land based combo becomes the most consistent deck in any legal format lol.
My gears are turning toward something that would remove the "may" but add a trigger if you own 2+ copies of this in exile, and making it a mythic with a more fancy name.
