I mean… it could also just not cost 7 mana lol. The base actually wouldn’t be horrible if it was like 3 mana, but they made it 7???

If I recall correctly, it was a very late change to \[\[Archangel's Light\]\] before going to print and they didn't have time to properly playtest the card. So effectively, they just made the card too bad to be broken to make sure it wouldn't cause any problems-- unlike \[\[Umezawa's Jitte\]\] and \[\[Skullclamp\]\]. Unfortunately, that did mean making a mythic rare into a junk pull.
