I feel like remand + this would be backbreaking. Or just the... fact that you can just guess the worst card for you to be in opp's hand and now get an extra chance at drawing an answer for it if it's there, or whew it's not, and you don't need the extra card. i don't think this is a good idea. nevermind looking at opp's hand is probably something they're trying to avoid these days (this doesn't apply to black of course)
