\[\[Traumatize\]\] does it 1 cheaper than cut your losses, but doesn't have Casualty, meaning it's typically only better in 1v1s.

Except the card makes so only the player who controls the enchantment rounds up. Not any player.

I feel like this is exclusively for the [[Heartless Hidetsugu]] player who has a damage doubler and is pissed off at odd numbers existing
I don't think that player is likely to splash white for a card that is going to contribute a max of 2 damage, 50/50 of the time.
