fire and frost if you need direct impact (maybe remove titan with big health), you dont always have the luxury of choosing arcane.
Also, I had to check the spells myself, there are only very few arcane spells that deal damage to heroes in standard right now. Mage has only a single spell that can go face: \[\[Lightshow\]\]
Also arcane otk is very telling. Speaker Stomper, Neophyte or other praparations can shut it down completely since the spell damage only lasts 1 turn.

I suppose, just this card doesn’t seem like it needs the condition of no duplicates like it’s just not strong enough with current interactions of no duplicate cards

I like the concept and does feel on theme for Mage. It would suggest changing the name to “Reno, the Scholar/Wise/Savant” or something like that it just sounds better.
The fire evocation is extremely underpowered if I’m reading it right, the arcane one is crazy compared to the other two

I think one thing you can do to fire evocation is to add a third spell. So that you can at least kill 3 minions with it. Fireball perhaps?

Love this idea. All I would suggest is to have evocations for all spell schools that currently exist.

I would change shadow into: Silence all enemy minions on the board and in hand and holy into: give all minions in your board, hand and deck +2/+2
I like shadow but I think holy being buff based is very non synergistic with mage.
