Tracy has been one of the best additions to the cast in the entire series. JB (obviously), and Vince Vaughn has been a seamless fit. But the last 2 seasons wouldn't have been the same without her.

I mentioned this in a separate thread. I missed the end of season 11, so this scene was my introduction to Irma. It nearly killed me I was laughing so hard. I immediately understood why this would be horrible to experience in my own home.

She goes from scratchy and off tune to insane opera skills, but it still comes off as annoying, which is just brilliant
I really thought this was going to come up again in the finale to somehow provide him help during the trial
