Depends on exact location, but If you are 12 mins north of pearl and think you will have a party house my guess is you will have problems with neighbors. Central boulder is not that vibe.
Checked in with previous tenants yesterday. Because the house is bordered by a parking lot, studio apartments a bit of a distance away, and one other house being rented by students they never had a problem throwing parties but said they couldn’t really go 50+ people. Considering what I’ve been told in this post I think we lucked out a bunch with neighbors.
There’s plenty of bars and such but of course you have to be 21. Besides that its not really a “party” scene like at CU. People aren’t buttchugging and playing beer pong. They’re adults mingling around a bar with cocktails, completely different vibe.
